Hi, I'm Arnaud
My entry into the tree care business is fairly unique. As a nature connection mentor, wildlife tracker, ancestral skills teacher and naturalist, I have connected deeply with trees for a long time. I have been able to observe them with the eyes of a caretaker, developing a strong knowledge base and intuition for what they need to thrive. I'm especially passionate about preserving heritage trees and enhancing native habitat in urban and rural settings. I also have a deep interest in perennial edible landscapes also known as food forests.
In my 20s and early 30s, I was an avid rock climber and ski mountaineer with a passion for knots and rope work. Through the rock climbing and high angle rescue techniques I learned over the years, I adapted very quickly to tree climbing.
Raven Tree Care brings my knowledge of trees and shrubs together with my climbing and rope skills to form a unique holistic approach to caring for our woody landscapes. I have been fortunate to have connections to various experts in the field who helped me hone my craft safely and skillfully.
